10-Post Series: “Why HELP Must Be Built in Phases”
Post 7: Phase Six — Campsites and Guest Areas
Once the land becomes more functional and beautiful, campsites and visitor areas can begin to develop.
This phase may include:
- Quarter-acre campsites
- Tent areas
- Small cabins
- RV spaces
- Fire pit areas
- Outdoor seating
- Rest areas
- Gathering spaces
- Nature overlooks
The goal is not overcrowding.
The goal is peaceful, purpose-driven hospitality.
Guests experience nature while supporting the mission.
Volunteers have places to stay while helping build the park.
Retreat groups can gather.
Eco-tourism begins to take shape.
This phase starts turning the property into a true destination.
